What Service We Provide
Seamless Procurement for Custom Building Materials & Furniture, Managed Every Step.
01 Client Inquiry
The client sends us their drawings, product list, and requirements. We review the details and start sourcing suitable manufacturers accordingly.
02 Sourcing
We source qualified manufacturers inside Foshan’s clusters — Lecong and Longjiang for furniture, Chancheng for ceramics and sanitaryware, Dali for aluminum — plus trusted factories across Guangdong where a category is stronger elsewhere. On the ground since 2008, we know which factory tier fits which specification.
03 Quotation
We sent the client a quotation that includes all the details—product photos, material specs, prices, packaging info, and more.
04 Sample Development
Once the client approved the supplier and quotation, they paid the sample deposit. We made the sample based on their drawings, went to the factory for inspection, and sent a detailed report to the client. After that, we shipped the sample for their approval.
05 PI & Deposit
After the client approved the sample, we sent them the PI for the bulk order. They pay a 40–50% deposit, and we signed purchase contracts with different suppliers, arranged production, and followed up throughout the process.
06 Drawing Coordination
Most of the products we source are custom-made—like hotel room furniture, tables, chairs, cabinets, doors, windows, railings, and more. We help review the drawings during the back-and-forth between the client and suppliers. Only after confirming the factory’s drawings are correct do we send them to the client. We also check the client’s drawings before passing them to the factory, saving time and avoiding mistakes.
07 QC
Once the bulk production was finished, we went to each factory for a detailed inspection. If any issues were found, we had the supplier fix them right away. We sent the client a full inspection report, and only arranged shipment after everything was approved.
08 Loading Container & Shipping
We checked the latest shipping rates and updated the PI. After the client paid the balance, we arranged container loading and sent a detailed loading report showing where each item was placed in the container. We also provided the shipping documents to help the client with customs clearance.
09 Aftersales service
If the client finds any issues after receiving the goods, they should let us know right away. For any quality problems caused by production or shipping, we take full responsibility and provide after-sales service. If the issue is caused by the client, we’ll still do our best to help resolve it.
What Saudi & GCC Projects Need From China Procurement
Distance is the risk: goods that fail in Dammam or Dubai cost months to replace. Our job is to make sure everything is verified, inspected and documented before it leaves China.
Thermal-break aluminum systems, double Low-E glazing and corrosion-resistant finishes specified for extreme heat, dust and coastal humidity.
Factories are verified for capability, specialization and export record before any order is placed — visited in person where needed.
Windows, cabinets, furniture, lighting and sanitaryware from different factories are received, checked and documented in one consolidation warehouse.
Our own team inspects dimensions, colors, finishes and quantities against the approved purchase orders, with photo and video reports shared before loading.
Export packing for long sea transit, planned container loading with a final container inventory, and sea freight coordination to Dammam, Jeddah, Jebel Ali and other GCC ports.
Compliance for Saudi & GCC Imports?
We collect the product certificates and conformity documentation your shipment needs, working with the factories and your customs clearance agent.
Test reports and product certificates collected from factories and included in your shipment documents.
Conformity documentation for Saudi-bound shipments coordinated with factories and your customs clearance agent.

Common Questions From Saudi & GCC Project Buyers
Do you ship from China to Saudi Arabia and the GCC?
Yes. We coordinate sea freight from China to Dammam and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Jebel Ali in the UAE and other Gulf ports, prepare packing lists and export documentation, and hand a complete document set to your customs clearance agent.
Can you consolidate goods from many factories into one container?
Yes — that is the core of the service. Consolidation is part of our managed procurement package, not a standalone offering. Windows, doors, cabinets, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting and furniture from different factories are received into one consolidation warehouse, checked against the purchase orders, photographed, then loaded into the minimum practical number of containers with a loading plan.
How does quality control work?
FBM’s own team inspects in the factory before shipment: dimensions, colors, finishes, quantities and function are checked against the approved specification, with photo and video reports shared before anything is loaded.
Can I visit China and inspect the goods myself?
Yes, and many Gulf clients do. Meet our team in Guangzhou, visit factories together with us, and inspect your consolidated goods before container loading. Between visits, our photo and video reports keep you updated without another flight.
Are the materials suitable for the Gulf climate?
We source to specifications written for hot, dusty and coastal conditions: thermal-break aluminum systems, double Low-E glazing, corrosion-resistant hardware and finishes selected for high heat and humidity.
What does the service cost?
A transparent 5–8% service fee on the order value, with factory quotations shown to you as they are.

What Does a China Sourcing Agent Check Before Windows Ship? QC to Loading in 3 Days
Read the video transcript
Three days. That's the gap between this tape measure and a sealed container leaving for the US. Here's what happens in between. I'm Spring from FBM Sourcing, a China sourcing agent for commercial building projects. We source aluminum doors and windows, tiles, lighting and interior packages for apartment, hotel and office builds. This is a pre-shipment inspection for a US commercial project — and the container loading that followed three days later. The inspection starts on the line, not in the finished-goods yard. We check profiles coming off the machining line against the shop drawings — sections, colors, cut lengths. Then the glazing: every glass unit staged for assembly is matched to the window schedule, because a wrong glass spec found after packing costs you weeks, not hours. Then unit by unit. These are floor-to-ceiling units, and every single one is measured against the drawing — width, height, diagonals — because on a commercial facade, a frame that's out by millimetres becomes an installation problem on site. We check the corner joints for tight, sealed seams, run the sliding panels through their travel, and inspect every glazed unit on the racks for scratches, chips and sealant lines. Nothing here is sampled. On project orders we check one hundred percent of units. Once a unit passes, it moves to staging with protective film on, corners padded, glass separated. The finished-goods yard is the last place to catch a problem while it's still the factory's problem — that's exactly why we inspect before packing, never after. Three days later, loading day. Every export crate is weighed and measured before it goes anywhere near the container — that's how you load to a plan instead of improvising at the container mouth. Each crate is inspected and photographed, so the client gets a documented record of what went in and where it sits. Then the forklift work: crates pushed to position, heavy units low and forward, and a crew inside the container setting the final placement by hand. Loading is supervised from the first crate to the last. Three things this buys you as a project owner. One — one hundred percent of units checked against shop drawings before packing. Two — every crate weighed, measured and photo-documented before loading. Three — supervised loading with a report, so what arrives is what passed inspection. How Do You Keep an 800-Unit Cabinet Order From Getting Mixed Up?
Transcript
Every panel in this factory is cut, edged and sorted by machine before a hand ever touches it — which is exactly what you want when your project needs eight hundred identical cabinets. I'm Spring from FBM Sourcing, a kitchen cabinet sourcing agent for commercial projects. We source cabinets, wardrobes and countertops for apartment towers, hotels and multi-unit developments. Today I'm walking you through one of the largest cabinet plants we work with in China — a factory that builds for major brands — and I'll show you what that scale actually means for your project. The flat-panel line runs like this all day. Boards are cut to your order file, then fed through edgebanding machines that glue, trim and buff each edge in one pass. The coil racks behind hold dozens of banding colours, so your specification runs without changeovers. From there, automated conveyors and turntables sort every panel to its order batch. No hand sorting means no mixed-up units when nine hundred flat-packs arrive at your site. Assembly here is organised by line, not by individual craftsman. Line one builds doors and fronts on benches, and line two boxes cabinet parts for flat-pack orders. And here is a detail most factories cannot do: curved wardrobe doors, formed and finished in-house. Curved fronts are a signature item in hotel rooms and high-end apartments, and having them made on the same floor as the carcasses keeps finishes matched and lead times on one schedule. Countertops get their own workshop. Quartz slabs are cut with sink and hob cutouts to your kitchen drawings, then move to sorting tables where every piece is matched against its order. In the QC area, inspectors go over edges, cutouts and surface finish piece by piece. On a project order we add our own layer on top: dimensions checked against the approved shop drawings, cutout positions verified for the actual sinks and taps in your specification, and photos of every countertop before it is crated. Packing here is built for export, not for domestic delivery. Curved doors are wrapped individually at the bench. Panels are film-wrapped and set into timber crates, countertops are crated on edge, and every crate carries a numbered label keyed to the packing list. This is what protects your project when the goods cross an ocean and then sit on a job site for a month. And this is the part I most want project buyers to see: the dispatch floor. Rows of pallet trucks on floor rails, each one a packed order moving toward a loading bay. A factory this size ships containers every day, and that matters to you in two ways. First, capacity — a three-hundred-unit apartment order does not overwhelm the schedule. Second, consistency — complete orders stage together in the export area, so your containers load complete, not in dribbles spread across three months. Three takeaways if you are sourcing cabinets for a project. One — ask how panels are sorted; automated sorting is what keeps eight hundred units from getting mixed. Two — get countertop QC against shop drawings, not just a visual check. Three — confirm export packing and complete-order staging before you sign, because factory quality only counts if it arrives intact. Fitting out an apartment tower, hotel or office project?
