Since 2014, FBM Sourcing has managed China procurement for overseas construction projects — building materials and FF&E, from sourcing to after-sales.

Both ways. FBM Sourcing issues all documents and receives payments. Minimum order: one full container. Factory visits are On-site Sourcing Management, charged per day and fully credited toward your first order.
The value we bring
Find the original factories.
We source from original factories that run the production lines. We check the production line before working with a factory. If it makes A but resells B, we use it only for A.
Compliance is checked before we quote.
Before sourcing starts, we ask what test reports or certificates you need, and we make sure every product we source meets the corresponding requirements.
We check drawings and order details to avoid mistakes.
Custom orders require detailed, ongoing coordination. We confirm every detail at the drawing, ordering, QC and loading stages. All work is recorded and can be checked. We usually resolve many factory issues before you receive the right goods.
We are responsible for quality and delivery time.
For products we source under the Pro Plan, we are responsible for their quality and delivery time. If a quality problem appears within the warranty period, we replace the goods free of charge or compensate you.
We proactively improve your supply chain.
Developers and builders usually reuse suppliers for each product category. We proactively improve supplier options for our clients, sometimes reducing purchasing costs by 40% in an individual category.
How your order works
1.Sourcing.
We source and quote for you, or guide you to suitable factories or markets to choose products.
2.Proforma invoice.
Once your selection is finalized, we issue a proforma invoice (PI) with full product details.
3.Deposit.
You pay the deposit stated in the PI to FBM Sourcing.
4.Drawings and approval.
For custom millwork, doors and windows, railings and furniture, the factory prepares drawings and a detailed material list for your approval before production.
5.Production follow-up & quality control.
We follow up on production. Before shipment, we inspect the goods and send a detailed QC report. The factory immediately remakes failed products until they meet the requirements.
6.Balance.
We update the PI to include shipping costs. You pay the balance before shipment.
7.Shipping.
We arrange shipping and provide a detailed container-loading report to help you unload.
8.Customs clearance & delivery.
You handle destination customs clearance and delivery; we provide shipping documents. For the US market, we can arrange DDP.
9.After-sales service.
For products we source, we replace or compensate for quality problems within the PI warranty period. For suppliers you nominate, we help coordinate.

3.Agree the next scope of work
Further sourcing work requires an upfront sourcing fee, fully credited toward your first order. We compare manufacturers’ quotations and visit production lines, recommending the best option based on quality, price, factory size, specialization and experience.
