Do you build a sample unit before bulk production?

Yes, for most joinery packages. A sample or mock-up unit lets your design team approve finish, hardware and construction before the factory cuts hundreds of units. Site measurement before custom production is coordinated where the building is already at fit-out stage.

Do cabinets ship assembled or flat-packed?

Either. Hotel wardrobes and vanities usually ship assembled; apartment kitchens often ship knocked-down to save container space. We agree the format with your installer before production and pack accordingly.

Which board standards can you meet?

CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI for North America, E1/E0 for Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Board certificates come from the factory and are checked during inspection.

How are cabinets inspected before shipment?

Our own FBM Sourcing QC team inspects at the factory before shipment: dimensions against the drawings, finish and colour against the approved sample, edge-banding, hardware function, and packing. You receive photos and a report before loading.
