Foshan is the largest ceramic-tile production base in the world, and most of the flooring and wall-covering factories we work with are within an hour of our office. FBM Sourcing manages the entire China procurement package for overseas construction projects, and for floor and wall coverings we take your finishes schedule, match each material to a factory that produces to the sizes, shade and slip ratings your market needs, arrange samples and shade approval, inspect the packed goods before shipment with our own FBM Sourcing QC team, and consolidate tiles, stone and flooring with the rest of the project package by full container.

Recent scopes include floor tiles and vinyl flooring for a Florida hotel, porcelain tiles and stone benchtops for apartment projects in Australia, and marble tops for a chain-restaurant programme in the Middle East. All quotations, invoices and shipping documents are issued by FBM Sourcing — you deal with us, and we carry the responsibility. For suppliers you nominate, we charge a 5% commission; for products we source for you, we quote a direct price.

SPC Flooring

Wood-plastic composite decking and flooring for terraces, pool decks and balconies, with clips, joists and edge trims.

Laminate Flooring

Engineered Wood Flooring

Multi-layer engineered oak and other species with UV-lacquer or oiled finishes; moisture content checked before packing.

Can you match tiles to a shade sample from the architect?

Yes. We send physical samples for approval and control the shade batch during production so the tiles for one area come from a single batch. Dry-lay checks are part of the pre-shipment inspection.

Do you supply slip-rated tiles for pool decks and wet areas?

Yes. Factories supply test reports to the rating your market uses (DCOF, R-rating or P-rating), and we confirm the report matches the exact tile ordered.

How much tile fits in a container?

A 20′ container carries roughly 24–26 tonnes of tile depending on the destination weight limit; we plan tile and stone by weight and lighter categories by volume, and always ship by full container.

How are tiles and stone inspected before shipment?

Our own FBM Sourcing QC team inspects packed goods at the factory before shipment: shade batch, calibre and flatness, surface defects, quantities per area, and pallet packing. Photos and a report go to you before loading.

How does FBM Sourcing charge for a flooring package?
