01 Client Inquiry

The client sends us their drawings, product list, and requirements. We review the details and start sourcing suitable manufacturers accordingly.

02 Sourcing

We source qualified manufacturers with years of experience in making these products, offering good quality and reasonable prices based on the client’s needs. With sourcing experience since 2014, we’ve built a strong network of reliable suppliers.

03 Quotation

We sent the client a quotation that includes all the details—product photos, material specs, prices, packaging info, and more.

04 Sample Development

Once the client approved the supplier and quotation, they paid the sample deposit. We made the sample based on their drawings, went to the factory for inspection, and sent a detailed report to the client. After that, we shipped the sample for their approval.

05 PI & Deposit

After the client approved the sample, we sent them the PI for the bulk order. They pay a 40–50% deposit, and we signed purchase contracts with different suppliers, arranged production, and followed up throughout the process.

06 Drawing Coordination

Most of the products we source are custom-made—like hotel room furniture, tables, chairs, cabinets, doors, windows, railings, and more. We help review the drawings during the back-and-forth between the client and suppliers. Only after confirming the factory’s drawings are correct do we send them to the client. We also check the client’s drawings before passing them to the factory, saving time and avoiding mistakes.

07 QC

Once the bulk production was finished, we went to each factory for a detailed inspection. If any issues were found, we had the supplier fix them right away. We sent the client a full inspection report, and only arranged shipment after everything was approved.

08 Loading Container & Shipping

We checked the latest shipping rates and updated the PI. After the client paid the balance, we arranged container loading and sent a detailed loading report showing where each item was placed in the container. We also provided the shipping documents to help the client with customs clearance.

09 Aftersales service

If the client finds any issues after receiving the goods, they should let us know right away. For any quality problems caused by production or shipping, we take full responsibility and provide after-sales service. If the issue is caused by the client, we’ll still do our best to help resolve it.

From Purchase Order to Loaded Container

FBM Sourcing manages the entire China procurement package for overseas construction projects. The eight steps below are not services sold separately — they are how one accountable team runs every project order.

Supplier Verification

Before any order is placed, we verify the factory behind the quotation — production capability, specialization and export record — with in-person factory visits where needed.

Purchase Order Review

Specifications, quantities, prices and packing requirements are reviewed line by line against your approved selections before orders go to the factory.

Production Follow-Up

Our team follows production progress at every factory on your order and flags schedule or specification risks early.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Our own QC team inspects before shipment: dimensions, colors, finishes, quantities and function are checked against the approved purchase order and documented in photos and video. For branded equipment, model numbers, nameplates and serial labels are verified against the order.

Consolidation Warehouse

Goods from all factories are received into one consolidation warehouse: quantities counted, packaging inspected, and every delivery photographed and logged against its purchase order.

Problems Solved Before Shipment

Shortages, damage or incorrect products are reported to you before shipment, and replacement or correction is coordinated with the factory — while it is still the factory’s problem.

Export Packing & Loading

Export packing is supervised for fragile categories — glass, aluminum, stone and furniture — and container loading follows a loading plan, documented with photos, video and a final container inventory.

Shipping & Documentation

We coordinate sea freight to your destination port and prepare packing lists and export documents for your customs clearance agent.

A 5–8% commission on products you select yourself (products we source for you are quoted at a direct price).
All quotations, invoices and shipping documents are issued by FBM Sourcing — you deal with us, and we carry the responsibility.

Can I hire FBM Sourcing for a single task, like inspection or warehousing only?

No. FBM Sourcing manages the entire China procurement package for overseas construction projects — we do not sell standalone inspection, warehousing, consolidation or interpreting services. The package covers supplier selection, negotiation, orders, production follow-up, quality inspection, consolidation, loading and shipping — under one accountable team. That is what allows us to take responsibility for the outcome.

What does FBM Sourcing’s pre-shipment quality inspection cover?

Dimensions, colors, finishes, quantities and function are checked by our own team against the approved purchase order before shipment, with photo and video reports shared before anything is loaded. For branded equipment we also verify model numbers, nameplates and serial labels.

Can you consolidate products from multiple factories into one container?

Yes. Goods from every factory on your order are received into one consolidation warehouse, checked and documented, then loaded into the minimum practical number of containers with a loading plan.

What documentation do I receive at container loading?

Supervised loading with photos and video, a final container inventory showing what was loaded and where, and packing lists and export documents prepared for your customs clearance agent.

What happens if goods arrive at the warehouse damaged or incorrect?

Every delivery is inspected and photographed at receiving. Shortages, damage or wrong products are reported to you before shipment, and replacement or correction is coordinated with the factory.

Do you supervise export packing for fragile products?

Yes. Glass, aluminum, stone and furniture receive supervised export packing — protective film, corner padding and timber crating — before loading.
