Why source from Foshan for a commercial project?
Foshan hosts the world’s largest furniture cluster (Lecong–Longjiang) plus major ceramics, sanitaryware, aluminum and lighting production. Most categories a hotel, apartment or office project needs are made close to each other, which makes buying from the factories that run the production lines, and mixed-container consolidation, practical.
Do I need to travel to Foshan myself?
No. FBM Sourcing works on the ground for you: factory shortlists, quotations on a like-for-like basis, samples shipped to you, and photo- and video-documented inspection before shipment. If you do visit, we accompany you as your procurement team.
Can you combine furniture and building materials in one order?

BOQ and scope review, factory matching and quotation comparison, sample management, production tracking, quality control before shipment, packing review and consolidation, and shipment coordination. The stages run in sequence and each one gates the next.
How do you compare quotations from different Foshan factories?
Each factory is asked to quote the same BOQ, drawings, finish references and timeline, line by line, so the quotations come back comparable. If the design is still moving, we separate frozen specifications from items where the factory can propose options, which keeps quotations comparable while design catches up.
What happens if goods fail inspection?
Any item below the agreed standard is recorded in the inspection report, goes back to the factory for rework and is re-inspected. The working rule on our projects: no approved sample, no production start; no passed final inspection, no container loading.
Who handles customs clearance and delivery?
Quotations are EXW as standard, C&F to your port on request, and for certain markets such as the United States we can quote DDP. Otherwise customs clearance and inland delivery at the destination are handled by you.
Is there a minimum order?
A full container. Product groups of the same project can share containers; we do not ship loose cargo.
