Curtain Wall Windows from China for Commercial Buildings
Curtain wall windows from China are quoted, engineered and shipped differently from ordinary windows: the facade is designed as a system — stick-built or unitized — engineered to your building’s wind loads, spans and thermal targets, then fabricated in Guangdong and delivered as numbered panels or profile kits with glass. For office buildings, hotels, mixed-use podiums and commercial shopfronts, Chinese curtain wall pricing typically runs 40–60% below Western fabrication at equal engineering standard.
Curtain Wall Systems We Source
Stick-built curtain wall for low and mid-rise elevations, assembled on site from factory-cut mullions, transoms and glazed units; unitized curtain wall with factory-assembled panels for faster site programs; semi-unitized and shopfront systems for ground-floor commercial; and feature glazing — skylights, canopies and atrium walls — engineered as part of the same package. Aluminum-framed glass facades integrate with the window and door schedule so finishes and performance match across the building.
Engineering Comes Before Price
A curtain wall quotation is only as good as the engineering behind it: wind load calculations, structural silicone or mechanical retention, thermal break design, and water management. We work with factories whose in-house engineering teams produce shop drawings and calculation reports your project engineer can review and approve before fabrication starts — the approval step that separates a facade package from a container of extrusions.
Sourcing this for a commercial project?
FBM Sourcing works with project owners, developers, main contractors and FF&E contractors on hotel, apartment, school, office and other commercial building projects. Send us your BOQ, drawings or product list — our team will review it and get back to you.
Sourcing Process for Facade Packages
Send elevation drawings, floor heights, wind load or code requirements and target U-values. We return system proposals with engineering support, component-level pricing, and a fabrication and shipping schedule aligned to your site program. Compliance documentation follows your market — test reports to EN, ASTM or AS standards as required — and the wider window schedule can ride in the same containers, as described in our China window buyer’s guide and Chinese doors and windows sourcing guide.
Quality Standards and Inspection
Facade QC runs deeper than window QC: material certificates for profiles and structural silicone, glass heat-soak and lamination certificates where specified, dimensional checks on fabricated panels against shop drawings, water penetration spot tests on unitized panels, and packing inspection — panels crated in installation order with lifting points marked. Every panel is numbered to the elevation drawing so site installation follows the loading plan, a discipline covered in how to import windows from China.

Why Source Curtain Wall Through FBM Sourcing
Facade packages fail on coordination: engineering approvals, fabrication tolerances, glass lead times and site sequencing all have to line up. We manage the factory’s engineering deliverables, run staged inspections during fabrication, and ship panels in installation order with documentation your site team can work from — one accountable partner from shop drawings to delivered facade. See comparable commercial packages in our project case studies.
