Top PPR Pipe and Fitting Manufacturers in China for Commercial and Residential Projects (2026)

The PPR (PP-R) pipe and fitting manufacturers in China that can be named from public, checkable records are four listed companies: Zhejiang Weixing New Building Materials (Shenzhen 002372), ERA Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen 002641) and Guangdong Xiongsu Technology Group (Shenzhen 300599), each of which reports PP-R pipe as a separate product line in its 2025 annual report, plus China Lesso Group Holdings (Hong Kong 02128), which makes PP-R but reports its revenue only as PVC and non-PVC products. PP-R is also made by non-listed pipe and fitting manufacturers whose scope cannot be checked in public filings, so for any factory the more useful question is which standards the specification names and what evidence the factory can show against them.

How We Built This List

We only name a company when three things can be checked in primary records, as of 25 September 2026:

• It is currently listed. A-share companies were checked on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange company profile service and China Lesso on the Hong Kong Exchange list of securities. None carries a risk-warning (ST) marker.
• PP-R is really part of its business, read in its 2025 annual report: a revenue-by-product line for the three A-share companies, business review text only for China Lesso.
• Every fact comes from that report or the exchange record, not from marketing material.

Entries are in stock-code order, with no score or ranking: the right factory depends on the standard, the destination approval and the fittings the drawings call for.

What Is PP-R Pipe, and Where Does It Sit in a Building?

PP-R is polypropylene random copolymer, one of four polypropylene pipe grades named in the titles of DIN 8077 and DIN 8078 (PP-H, PP-B, PP-R and PP-RCT). Chinese annual reports and many drawings write it PPR; the spellings mean the same product.

The international standard for this pipe family is ISO 15874, “Plastics piping systems for hot and cold water installations — Polypropylene (PP)”. Its scope, as published by ISO, covers polypropylene piping systems for hot and cold water installations within buildings, for water whether or not intended for human consumption, and for heating systems, under design pressures and temperatures set by the class of application. That is why PP-R appears in the plumbing section of a project package.

Three practical points follow from how the standard is structured:

• Service conditions are chosen, not assumed. ISO 15874 covers a range of service conditions (classes of application), design pressures and pipe dimension classes. The plumbing engineer should state the class and design pressure; a quotation that does not is not comparable with another.
• Pipes and fittings are separate parts of the standard. ISO 15874-2 covers pipes (with or without barrier layers) and ISO 15874-3 covers fittings. A factory may hold reports for one and not the other.
• The system is tested as a system. ISO 15874-5 specifies the fitness for purpose of the piping system, including joints with components of other plastics and non-plastics materials. A pipe report alone says nothing about the joints.

Which Listed Companies in China Make PP-R Pipe and Fittings?

1. Zhejiang Weixing New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen: 002372)

• Listing: Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board, listed 18 March 2010; registered in the Linhai Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Zhejiang.
• PP-R in the 2025 annual report: “PPR series products” is the largest line in the revenue-by-product table, at 46.31% of 2025 operating revenue. The report describes the PP-R series as mainly used for hot and cold water supply inside buildings.
• Business: PE and PVC series alongside PP-R; the report states that domestic retail through distributors is the main source of revenue and profit. Overseas revenue was 5.80% of the 2025 total.
• Role on a project: a PP-R-led pipe and fittings maker whose main market is China.
• Evidence to request: test reports for the exact pipe series and fittings on the drawings against the standard the specification names; the destination-market approval listing for the same product range; the pipe marking layout for approval before bulk production.

2. ERA Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen: 002641)

• Listing: Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board, listed 8 December 2011; registered in the Huangyan Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Zhejiang. The report names the ERA and Yonggao brands.
• PP-R in the 2025 annual report: “PPR pipes and fittings” is a separate line in the revenue-by-product table, at 14.77% of 2025 operating revenue. PVC pipes and fittings (35.41%) and PE pipes and fittings (23.03%) are larger lines.
• Business: PVC, PE and PP-R pipe systems and valves, plus a solar business. The report states that the company set up a dedicated export production base to meet the product standards of export markets, and that all export products are made to order.
• Role on a project: a multi-material pipe group, relevant where the package also includes PVC drainage or PE supply pipe.
• Evidence to request: which production base makes the export PP-R range; test reports against the named standard for that range; the destination approval listing; fittings drawings for the sizes and fitting types on the schedule.

3. Guangdong Xiongsu Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen: 300599)

• Listing: Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext board, listed 23 January 2017; registered in Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong.
• PP-R in the 2025 annual report: “PPR series” is a separate line in the revenue-by-product table, at 9.47% of 2025 operating revenue, after the PVC series (59.86%) and PE series (29.97%).
• Business: six business bases in Foshan, Nanning, Xinxiang, Yichun, Haikou and Yuxi; overseas revenue was 0.93% of the 2025 total.
• Role on a project: a South China pipe maker with a smaller PP-R line and little export revenue.
• Evidence to request: whether the PP-R range has been supplied to the destination market before, and against which standard; test reports and approval listing for that range; the marking the pipe will carry.

4. China Lesso Group Holdings Limited (Hong Kong: 02128)

• Listing: Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; principal place of business in China is in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong.
• PP-R in the 2025 annual report: there is no separate PP-R revenue line. The report splits piping revenue into PVC products and non-PVC products only. PP-R appears in the business review, which names multi-layer PP-R pipes among the product lines whose market application continued to expand.
• Business: besides its bases in China, the report lists production facilities in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Tanzania, Angola and Uzbekistan; the Chinese market was 93.3% of 2025 revenue.
• Role on a project: a large piping group whose PP-R weight cannot be read from its accounts.
• Evidence to request: which plant makes the PP-R range that would be supplied; test reports and destination approval for that range; confirmation that pipes and fittings come from the same system.

Which Manufacturer Types Make PP-R Beyond the Listed Companies?

The four companies above are not the only source of PP-R. Non-listed manufacturers also make it, and we have not named any of them here because their capacity and product scope cannot be checked in public filings. What can be described is the type of manufacturer and what each type should be asked to show.

On geography we only state what the filings show: Weixing and ERA are registered in Taizhou, Zhejiang, and Xiongsu and China Lesso are based in Foshan, Guangdong. We found no official source that sizes PP-R production by region.

Which Standards Should a PP-R Specification Name?

A PP-R package is easier to quote and inspect when the specification names parts and editions. Each standard below was checked against the publishing body’s own records.

A test report should name the part, edition, pipe series and sizes it covers; a report for another edition or series does not transfer. And a Chinese national standard is not a destination approval: a range can meet GB/T 18742 and still not be approved where it will be installed.

What Approval Does the Destination Market Ask For?

Drinking water pipe usually needs a local approval, decided by the destination market. The schemes we checked on the official source are:

• United States and Canada: NSF runs a Drinking Water System Components certification programme under its Standard 61, and publishes a searchable listing of certified products.
• England and Wales: the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999, which came into force on 1 July 1999, are the regulations that apply to water fittings; the project’s plumbing engineer confirms what they require of the pipe.
• Australia: the WaterMark Certification Scheme covers plumbing and drainage products, and its product database can be searched by licence number, brand or product type.

How Does a PP-R Package Travel with the Rest of the Project Order?

On a project, PP-R sits in the plumbing section of a larger schedule next to sanitary ware, tapware and bathroom accessories. 1. Standard, edition, class of application and design pressure for pipe and fittings.
2. Destination approval and the name it is held in.
3. Every fitting type on the drawings, including transitions to metal and valves.
4. Marking and packing, approved from a sample before bulk production.
