Which commercial sanitary ware brands should a hotel project source from China? Struggling to shortlist suppliers for two hundred bathrooms is normal: the Chinese sanitary ware industry is enormous, and the difference between a brand that serves hotel projects well and one built for retail showrooms is invisible from a catalogue. This guide ranks the Chinese sanitary ware brands we most often see specified — and successfully delivered — on hotel, apartment and commercial building projects, with a project buyer’s verdict on each.

Quick view — brands covered in this guide:

Brand Base Best known for
ARROW (箭牌) Foshan, Guangdong Full-range sanitary ware at project volume
JOMOO (九牧) Nan’an, Fujian Faucets, showers and smart toilets
HEGII (恒洁) Foshan, Guangdong Water-efficient toilets, hotel programs
Huida (惠达) Tangshan, Hebei One of China’s longest-established ceramic makers
Dongpeng (东鹏) Foshan, Guangdong Tile + sanitary ware combined packages
SSWW (浪鲸) Foshan, Guangdong Bathtubs, shower rooms, upper-mid positioning
FAENZA (法恩莎) Foshan, Guangdong Design-led ranges within the ARROW group
Annwa (安华) Foshan, Guangdong Value-engineered project packages

1. ARROW (箭牌)

One of the largest sanitary ware manufacturers in China, ARROW covers toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs and bathroom furniture in one brand. For project buyers the draw is range depth at volume: a 300-key hotel can specify guest-room toilets, public-area wall-hung units and back-of-house fittings from one production system with consistent glazing quality. Choose ARROW if you want a single-brand, full-bathroom package with mainstream pricing and deep production capacity.

2. JOMOO (九牧)

Based in Fujian and best known for brassware — faucets, shower systems and increasingly smart toilets. JOMOO is frequently the strongest Chinese option where the specification emphasizes mixers and shower performance rather than ceramics alone. Choose JOMOO when taps, showers and smart-toilet features lead your spec.

3. HEGII (恒洁)

A Foshan maker with a strong reputation in water-efficient toilets and hotel renovation programs in China. Flush performance at low water consumption is the practical reason it lands on hotel specs where operators watch utility costs. Choose HEGII for water-efficiency-led specifications.

4. Huida (惠达)

From Tangshan in northern China, Huida is one of the country’s longest-established sanitary ceramics manufacturers, with decades of export history. Its ceramics-first heritage shows in consistent large-batch glazing — useful when two hundred identical basins must actually look identical. Choose Huida for large ceramic-heavy orders where batch consistency is the priority.

5. Dongpeng (东鹏)

Better known internationally for tiles, Dongpeng also produces sanitary ware — and that combination is its project advantage: bathroom floor and wall tile plus fixtures in one coordinated package, one factory group, one QC program. Choose Dongpeng when you want tiles and sanitary ware sourced together.

6. SSWW (浪鲸)

A Foshan brand with a strong line in bathtubs, jetted tubs and shower rooms, positioned upper-mid. It appears most often on our hotel and villa-resort projects in the bathing package rather than the ceramic package. Choose SSWW for tub-led or shower-room-led scopes.

7. FAENZA (法恩莎)

Part of the same group as ARROW, FAENZA runs more design-forward ranges. Specifiers use it to lift guest-bathroom aesthetics without leaving the group’s production infrastructure. Choose FAENZA when design differentiation matters but you want big-group reliability.

8. Annwa (安华)

Also within the ARROW group family, Annwa is typically the value-engineering answer: solid commercial quality at sharper pricing for apartment projects and mid-scale hotels. Choose Annwa when budget discipline leads the specification.

How Should a Hotel Project Actually Buy These Brands?

Knowing the brands is a third of the job. The other two-thirds:

  • Match the certification to your market. Water-consumption and plumbing standards differ by country; the same toilet model may ship in different configurations. Certification must match your destination, not China’s domestic market — the same compliance-first logic we apply to commercial toilet sourcing.
  • Buy through project channels, not retail. Every brand above runs separate project/engineering channels with different pricing and lead times than their showrooms. This is where a sourcing agent earns its place — accessing project pricing and managing the order through production.
  • Inspect at the factory, not the port. Ceramics chip in transit when packing is wrong. Pre-shipment inspection plus drop-tested export packaging is cheaper than replacing basins after they land.
  • Mix brands by package. Real hotel specs rarely stay single-brand: ceramics from one maker, brassware from another, tubs from a third — consolidated into the same containers. That mixing is normal and usually optimal.
