Spring Dan is the founder of FBM Sourcing, a China-based sourcing agent for building materials and FF&E, working with commercial construction projects since 2014.
Since 2014 FBM Sourcing has managed procurement for hotels, apartment buildings, schools, offices, municipal projects and chain venues across the USA, Australia, the UK, the UAE, Europe and the Caribbean. FBM Sourcing is a service company, not a factory: Spring’s team sources from the factory clusters around Foshan and Guangzhou, manages sampling and production follow-up, and carries out pre-shipment inspection with the company’s own team at the factory — documented with photo and video records — before consolidating mixed orders into containers. The service runs on a 5% commission for suppliers you nominate (products we source for you are quoted at a direct price), the fee structure FBM Sourcing publishes.
