Spring Dan is the founder of FBM Sourcing, a China-based sourcing agent for building materials and FF&E, working with commercial construction projects since 2008. Over 17 years he has managed procurement for hotels, apartment buildings, schools, offices, municipal projects and chain venues across the USA, Australia, the UK, the UAE, Europe and the Caribbean.

How Spring works

FBM Sourcing is a service company, not a factory. Spring’s team sources from the factory clusters around Foshan and Guangzhou, manages sampling and production follow-up, and carries out pre-shipment inspection with the company’s own team at the factory, documented with photo and video records, before consolidating mixed orders into containers for delivery. The service runs on a transparent 5–8% service fee.
