Buenos Aires, Argentina
An established furniture hardware wholesaler from Argentina sent us drawings and purchase requirements for wardrobe aluminum profiles.
We handled the sourcing and procurement based on their specifications.
Foshan, China is the world’s largest hub for aluminum profile production.
We selected a top-tier manufacturer in the industry and visited the factory before placing the order. During the visit, we carefully checked the material specs, surface finishing, profile treatment process, and packaging details to ensure everything met the client’s requirements.
The client sent us technical drawings for the aluminum profiles.
The factory followed the drawings to create production drafts, opened molds, and made samples. After the client approved the samples, we moved forward with the bulk order.
After the client approved the samples, we proceeded with bulk production. We signed purchase contracts with each factory, clearly defining the quality standards, after-sales terms, and penalties for late delivery to ensure the project stays on schedule.
We confirmed all technical and production details with the factories in advance, closely followed up on the production process, and ensured everything was delivered on time and met the agreed standards.
Once bulk production was completed, we conducted strict quality inspections at the factory. Detailed inspection reports were sent to the client for review.
If any quality issues are found during inspection, we ask the manufacturer to fix them immediately. Shipment is only arranged after the goods pass re-inspection.
After production is completed and the goods pass inspection, we collect the balance payment and arrange container loading and sea shipment.
Before placing the order, we calculate the volume and weight to make sure the goods fully utilize one or more containers—no wasted space, lower shipping cost.
We also compare freight rates and transit times to select the most suitable shipping line. Once loaded, we send the full set of shipping documents to the client to assist with customs clearance.
If the client finds any quality issues caused during production or shipping, we take full responsibility and handle it immediately.
Even if the issue wasn’t caused by us, we still do our best to coordinate and follow up until it’s fully resolved.
