Therefore, we are exceptionally thorough and cautious when selecting suppliers and conducting product quality inspections.

Choosing the Right Factory

The filing cabinet manufacturer has over 20 years of specialized experience in producing filing cabinets.

Their main markets are Australia and the United States.

The factory is large in scale and known for producing high-quality products.

Order Confirmation & Production Scheduling

  • We send the client the PI, including all product details.

  • The client pays a 30% deposit.

  • We sign a procurement contract with the supplier, which includes detailed product specifications, warranty terms, and penalty clauses for delayed delivery.

  • We follow up on the production of the order.

Quality Checks

  • Once mass production is completed, we conduct a detailed and strict inspection at the factory.

  • Any issues with surface finishing or other quality problems are identified and pointed out.

  • We request the factory to rectify the issues and rework the order.

  • Once the rework is completed and the products pass inspection, we arrange for shipping and send the client a detailed inspection report.

Loading Container & Shipping

We consolidate goods from multiple factories and use highly experienced container loading teams to ensure safe and efficient loading. A professional loading report is provided to the client, clearly showing what items were loaded and where they are placed inside the container.

We also provide all necessary customs clearance documents for the destination port to support a smooth import process.

Shipping and container planning starts early — even at the order stage, we estimate the total volume and weight of the goods to help ensure the containers are fully utilized without wasted space.

All goods are securely packed, and the loading process is carefully managed to prevent damage and avoid exceeding the container’s weight limit.

We choose shipping lines based on the destination port and offer the best shipping option by balancing freight cost, transit time, and service quality.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in managing mixed shipments from multiple factories across various projects, we’ve developed reliable and cost-effective logistics strategies tailored for international construction procurement.

After-Sales Support

We’ve been working with this customer for years and have supplied dozens of cabinets.

All products go through strict quality checks before shipping, so there have been no complaints.
