How It Works?

Understanding Client Needs

This client is a long-time furniture hardware wholesaler from Argentina,  sent us purchase requirements for  wardrobe weather strip.

Especially require small individual package for the strips under the client company’s LOGO.

Choosing the Right Factory

We sourced through the market, found a professional weather strip factory with over 25 years history, visited the factory before placing order, confirmed they can meet all of the client’s requirement.

Sample Development and Approval

The factory made samples according to the client’s packing requirement and got approved

Order Confirmation & Production Scheduling

After the client approved the samples, we proceeded with bulk production. We signed purchase contracts with the factory, clearly defining the quality standards, after-sales terms, and penalties for late delivery to ensure the project stays on schedule.

We confirmed all technical and production details with the factories in advance, closely followed up on the production process, and ensured everything was delivered on time and met the agreed standards.

Quality Checks

Once bulk production was completed, we conducted strict quality inspections at the factory. Detailed inspection reports were sent to the client for review.

In most cases, issues are found during inspection — such as missing items or wrong production. We immediately ask the factory to rework and fix the problems before shipping.

Catching issues before shipment makes them much easier to resolve. If problems are only discovered after the goods arrive by sea, it becomes much more difficult and costly to fix.

Loading Container & Shipping

After the goods pass inspection, we check the latest sea freight rates and send the final PI for balance payment.

Once the payment is received, we arrange container loading and shipment, then provide all shipping documents to support the client with customs clearance.

After-Sales Support

With a high volume of orders, occasional production mistakes can happen.

For any issues caused by production, we coordinate with the factory and take full responsibility. For problems that occur during shipping, we also take full responsibility.

We handle all issues promptly and efficiently—until everything is resolved.
