How It Works?

Understanding Client Needs

The client sent over a purchase list, based on the products we’ve shipped for them before.

Choosing the Right Factory

This is a professional metal chair & metal table factory that we’ve purchased several times before.

Order Confirmation & Production Scheduling

We issued a Proforma Invoice to the client and the client made a 40% deposit.

We then signed a formal purchase contract with the factory, clearly outlining product specifications, delivery timelines, and penalty clauses for any delays.

During production, we closely followed up with the factory to ensure everything stayed on schedule and met the agreed standards.

Quality Checks

Once bulk production was completed, we conducted strict quality inspections at the factory. Detailed inspection reports were sent to the client for review.

In most cases, issues are found during inspection — such as missing items or incorrect details. We immediately ask the factory to rework and fix the problems before shipping.

Catching issues before shipment makes them much easier to resolve. If problems are only discovered after the goods arrive by sea, it becomes much more difficult and costly to fix.

Loading Container & Shipping

Once we’ve loaded the container, will will send the client a professional loading report and shipping document for the destination port’s customs clearance.

Shipping and container planning starts early — even at the order stage, we estimate the total volume and weight of the goods to help ensure the containers are fully utilized without wasted space.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in managing mixed shipments from multiple factories across various projects, we’ve developed reliable and cost-effective logistics strategies tailored for international construction procurement.
