Located in a hurricane-prone coastal region, this four-star beachfront hotel project involved the procurement of high-end Millwork, Kitchen & Wardrobe & Vanity, Floor Tiles, WPC Flooring, Bathroom Products, Pergolas, Metalworks, and Lighting.
Emphasizing durability and aesthetic quality, we provided a one-stop procurement solution, managing everything from sourcing to delivery. The focus was on sourcing mid-to-high-end products that could withstand the harsh coastal environment.
Seven years post-delivery, the project remains a success, with ongoing after-sales support to ensure long-term performance and client satisfaction.

The project began with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs. The client provided the project blueprints and a list of required products.
What We Did:
To ensure the best solutions, we took the client to high-end professional markets and visited several specialized factories. During these visits, we evaluated the quality and pricing of different options.
As a result, we were able to recommend factories that offered quotes 30% to 50% lower than those the client had received himself, while still maintaining the high standards required for the project.
Our Key Value:
We guided the client to suitable market & factories.
Our Client has continued to cooperate with the selected factory for the past 8 years, ensuring consistent quality and reliable service for every project.
The client was very satisfied with the product quality and the quotes received.
We compiled proforma invoices for products from over ten different suppliers and presented them to the client.
After the client paid the deposit, we signed contracts with the factories and placed the order.
At the time of placing the order, we informed the client of the estimated volume and weight, allowing them to plan ahead for container arrangements. We recommended purchasing full containers to help save on shipping costs.
We then followed up on the production process to ensure the delivery timeline was met accurately.
After production was completed,
Almost every factory had issues that we identified during the inspections.
We also provided the client with a very detailed inspection report.
We coordinated the shipment of goods from over ten suppliers, managing the container loading process.
For factories with full container loads of goods (one to 15 containers), we arranged loading container in factory directly.
When a factory’s goods were not enough to fill a full container, we arranged for multiple factories to share a container.
We selected the most suitable shipping company based on a comprehensive evaluation of freight rates and shipping schedules.
We then provided the client with the shipping details and kept them updated with the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
If the issue is due to our responsibility, we provide after-sales services free of charge.
If the issue is due to the client, we charge the cost for the necessary services.
