01 Client Inquiry
The client sends us their drawings, product list, and requirements. We review the details and start sourcing suitable manufacturers accordingly.

02 Sourcing
We source qualified manufacturers with years of experience in making these products, offering good quality and reasonable prices based on the client’s needs. With over 10 years of experience, we’ve built a strong network of reliable suppliers.
03 Quotation
We sent the client a quotation that includes all the details—product photos, material specs, prices, packaging info, and more.

04 Sample Development
Once the client approved the supplier and quotation, they paid the sample deposit. We made the sample based on their drawings, went to the factory for inspection, and sent a detailed report to the client. After that, we shipped the sample for their approval.
05 PI & Deposit
After the client approved the sample, we sent them the PI for the bulk order. They pay a 40–50% deposit, and we signed purchase contracts with different suppliers, arranged production, and followed up throughout the process.

06 Drawing Coordination
Most of the products we source are custom-made—like hotel room furniture, tables, chairs, cabinets, doors, windows, railings, and more. We help review the drawings during the back-and-forth between the client and suppliers. Only after confirming the factory’s drawings are correct do we send them to the client. We also check the client’s drawings before passing them to the factory, saving time and avoiding mistakes.

07 QC
Once the bulk production was finished, we went to each factory for a detailed inspection. If any issues were found, we had the supplier fix them right away. We sent the client a full inspection report, and only arranged shipment after everything was approved.

08 Loading Container & Shipping
We checked the latest shipping rates and updated the PI. After the client paid the balance, we arranged container loading and sent a detailed loading report showing where each item was placed in the container. We also provided the shipping documents to help the client with customs clearance.
09 Aftersales service
If the client finds any issues after receiving the goods, they should let us know right away. For any quality problems caused by production or shipping, we take full responsibility and provide after-sales service. If the issue is caused by the client, we’ll still do our best to help resolve it.

Yes. We charge $120/day for translation (9 hours), with meals paid by the client. If you want a Mercedes-Benz with a driver, it’s an extra $70/day.

Over $30,000 USD: 5% commission (includes 4 free translation days)

Yes. We arrange professional loading, send you a detailed loading report, and help plan space efficiently to avoid waste.
We provide all shipping documents and assist your forwarder with customs clearance.
After production and inspection, we’ll update the PI with the latest freight rate. Once you pay the balance, we arrange shipment.
If the issue is caused by production or shipping, we take full responsibility. If it’s caused by the client, we still help coordinate solutions.
Yes. Many products—such as aluminum windows and doors—can come with warranties up to 10 years, depending on the category.
